Get Started

Explore Donor Availability

Determine if donors matching your specific condition and criteria are available. Conditions categories for access include:

  • Autoimmune
  • Allergies & Asthma
  • Infectious Disease
  • Healthy Controls
  • Rare Disease
  • Oncology

Rapid Assessment

Avrok will perform a feasibility review of your desired donor criteria and provide a response on donor availability.

The Process

How It Works

Once a donor availability assessment request is submitted, a series of next steps will take place as outlined below:

1

Donor Assessment

Quickly assess if Avrok has access to donors who align with your specific requirements and timeframe.

2

Determine Isolate of Interest

Select the type of nucleated cells/material and number of aliquots to be produced after each patient collection.

3

Decide on Data Generation

Inform us of the specific data you would like to be generated for each donor.

4

Receive Samples & Data

The sample will be carefully retrieved from storage and shipped securely using the services of World Courier.
Sample Security

On-Site Biobank

All samples generated will be securely stored in Avrok's fully compliant on-site biobank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Contact us if you do not find the responses you are looking for below

Where are donors physically located?

As the biomaterial must be processed on the same day as collection, all donors are located in the southern California region.

How long does a donor availability assessment take?

Avrok aims to promptly complete the assessment of patient availability within 24 to 48 hours in most cases.

Can Avrok collect other sample types such as urine or stool?

Avrok has the capability to aid in the collection of different non-intrusive sample types, depending on the specific circumstances.

What it the timeline between PO and sample delivery?

Collections typically take place within 2-3 weeks of payment, depending on the condition and donor criteria.

Do you have already isolated sample aliquots available for purchase from your inventory?

Currently, all cellular aliquots that are being produced are exclusively allocated for our clients. Unfortunately, there is currently no inventory stock available for purchase.
